Gene's passion for construction has been a lifetime pursuit. Many of his fondest childhood memories include he and his father visiting construction sites. His father would point out the good and the bad and Gene would make mental notes, knowing someday he too would do this work.
Throughout the course of his career, Gene has built and renovated hundreds of homes, managing projects of all sizes. He has always taken pride in a keen attention to detail. There is no shame in being a perfectionist … if something is not done right, it will be re-done. The quality of the work should never be abandoned over profit margins. This has led Gene to develop and institute procedures and protocols that mitigate overages and project creep. He strives to be within budget and on-time. Gene is also a lifetime learner, remaining current on trends and innovations in materials, products and techniques.
